Peicong LI formally joined in Energy and Climate Change Program of GEI in 2022. She also worked for the Marine Protection Program of GEI for one year in 2022. Peicong participated in the field trip of the Turtle Excluder Device (TED) Project and the Abandoned Fishing Gear Project, as well as the data collection, translation, and integration of the Mangrove Conservation Project in Southeast Asia. Also, she completed the report on the Optimization of Fishing Gear and Facilities and the Cultivation of Fishermen’s Environment Awareness.
PEICONG got a master’s degree in Eco-cities from Cardiff University and a bachelor’s degree in Environment and planning from the University of Liverpool. She also has a certificate in Urban Planning and Design from Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Peicong is good at taking photos of foods and sceneries and likes traveling and trying new things. Additionally, she has a keen interest in racing cars.
